All sold goods (except for cosmetics, health and personal care products, perfumes, accessories, and products that have been used or their original packaging has been opened) are returnable within seven (7) days of receipt, and the amount will be refunded to the customer minus the (cancellation/modification/non-receipt/shipping company fees) of the order shown below, if any. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for returning the delivery to the shipping company within the period mentioned above.
The refund amount will be returned to the customer with the same card within the period specified by the card issuer.
This site is intended for retail orders for personal use only, and in the event of placing an order in large quantities (wholesale), the store has the right to cancel the order,

The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging and must not have been used at all or the product packaging has been changed.
It is possible to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the shipment only.
In the event of misuse of the product by the customer, it will not be returned.
