Terms and Conditions of Purchase from Shosh Shop:

Dear customer, to organize the sales process, we hope that you will review the following before completing the purchase process, as completing the purchase will be considered as approval of these terms:


First: Displaying products

1- Displaying and marketing products on the site is not construed in any way as a recommendation to suit and match any product with the customer's desire and need, and therefore the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product suits his needs by reviewing the information included on each product page, and in the introductory pages,


Second: Shipping and delivery

1- The customer must enter the recipient's name and delivery address correctly, and in the event of an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause the shipment to be delayed or not delivered or additional fees to be imposed by the shipping company or delivery representative.


2- The expected time for the goods to arrive is an estimate, and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store's control.


3- The customer's order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer himself, such as his absence from the delivery location, or his failure to respond to the delivery representative's call, or his request to change the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company are responsible for the delay.


4- The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without referring to the customer if the shipping is free, and it may also be changed if the shipping is paid, provided that the store returns the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are less.


5- If the shipment arrives damaged from the inside, the customer must notify the shipping company before receiving the order, and then notify the store directly.


Third: Return and exchange

All goods sold (except for cosmetics, personal care products and perfumes) are returnable within seven (7) days of receipt, and the amount will be refunded to the customer minus the fees (cancellation/modification/non-receipt/shipping company fees) of the order shown below, if any. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for returning the delivery to the store within the period mentioned above.

The refund amount will be returned to the customer using the same card within the period specified by the card issuer.


This site is intended for retail orders for personal use only. In the event that an order is placed in large quantities (wholesale), the store has the right to cancel the order.


Note:


Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging and must not have been used at all or the product packaging has been changed.


The return and exchange feature will be available to the customer within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.


In the event of misuse of the product by the customer, it will not be returned.


The customer bears the shipping company fees.


Fourth: Fees for (cancellation/modification/non-receipt) of the order:

The customer must send the modification or cancellation request via the store's WhatsApp on the number 0500449968. Given that shipping, delivery and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be imposed as follows:


If the order is delivered to the shipping company before receiving the cancellation request, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason attributable to him, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and imposes fees on the shipment and return, these fees will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer.


If shipping is free, and the customer wishes to return part of the purchases, and the value of the non-returned purchases is less than 499 riyals, the usual shipping fees will be calculated according to the destination, deducted from the amount returned to the customer.

- These fees will not be imposed on the customer if the store is not charged by the shipping company.
